Ce prix remis par la Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) et le ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI) honore les entreprises qui, par leurs pratiques innovantes en gestion de la diversité ethnoculturelle, ont des retombées positives en matière d'efficacité et d'équité dans leurs activités et communautés. Ce prix vise à démontrer que la diversité ethnoculturelle représente un levier de croissance réel pour le Québec et ses entreprises, dans toutes les régions.
